Refunds can take up to 60 to 90 days from the day we send you a confirmation receipt for your cancellation request. The confirmation email itself is not a refund guarantee however it is a written notification to confirm that the cancellation process has begun upon your request. In certain situations, airlines may provide you with a future credit, which can be used up to 365 days from the date of cancellation, however at the time of reuse of this credit, you will incur a new reservation fee.

Baggage and other supplementary airline fees

Air travel itinerary changes, if permitted by the airline fare rules, may have a change fee charged by the airline typically ranging between $ 200 and $ 300 USD per ticket that will vary by market, carrier and specific fare rule. Entry / Exit Fees
